Yes Absolutely! Baby Boutique is not only an online retailer. We have two stores with real people employed that you can speak to should anything go wrong or you have any queries. 

Also When transacting via our website, your credit card and personal details are encrypted using the latest industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and processed directly through a secure payment gateway. Your credit and debit card details are never stored on our site.  

 Can I Place an Order By Telephone? 

No, sorry! For better security, we are unable to process any orders and/or accept payments over the phone. However we would love to talk to you about your order!! So Please do not hesitate to call us and ask as many questions as you like. 

Why not?

Because we care for your data protection and your data security is something we take really seriously. That’s why our online shop is totally secure and nobody, but you will have access to your bank details.

I have only received part of my Order, Can you tell me Why?

We have two stores both working hard to fulfil your order, sometimes we have different stock at different stores. If you have only received part of your order the chances are the other part is on its way to.
